With over 100 locations across Belgium and Luxembourg, Panos operates standalone stores and outlets in shopping malls, metro stations, airports, amusement parks, and more. As Panos expands, they aim to ensure their stores are always online, targeting 25% digital sales within five years. Real-time order reception is critical for efficient preparation.
Their POS system, payment terminals, and printing devices are connected to an internal network that also supports the franchise’s loyalty program. Reliable, always-on connectivity is essential to keep these systems operational. Additionally, they require robust connections to provide guests in-store with free Wi-Fi through an online portal.
With support from Peplink partners Frontier EU and AMPLR, Panos deployed B One 5G routers in over 80 stores across Belgium. The B One 5G offers dual WAN for redundant wired connections and features a built-in 5G/LTE modem, which can act as backup or the primary connection.
Given Panos’ limited IT staff, AMPLR streamlined network management with a vendor-agnostic, user-friendly dashboard that integrates seamlessly with Peplink’s flexible ecosystem. Designed with end-users in mind, the intuitive interface allows even not-IT personnel to easily monitor and manage the Peplink network.
